Information you choose to share
The project enquiry form sends the details you enter to Formspree, our form processing provider, when you click Send project enquiry. Formspree processes the submission, checks it for spam, stores it in our form dashboard and sends an email notification to Redefined Solutions. We use these details to respond to your enquiry. Formspree may process information in the United States and other countries where it operates; see Formspree’s privacy policy. You can contact us using the project enquiry form.
If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond, assess your project and communicate about requested services. Do not include passwords, door codes, credential numbers or sensitive security information in an initial enquiry.
Website delivery
The website is designed to be hosted by Cloudflare. Its delivery and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security events. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its practices.
Cookies and analytics
We remember your analytics preference in your browser. On our production domains, Google Analytics runs only if you choose Allow analytics. It helps us understand page visits and successful enquiry submissions. We do not send your name, email address, company name or project details to Analytics. Advertising features are disabled. You can decline analytics without affecting the website or contact form, and change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer. If you withdraw consent, future Analytics tracking stops and we remove Analytics cookies accessible to this site. See Google’s privacy policy. Hosting and security services may still process technical request data.
